What Buckstone collects
When you use the inquiry form, Buckstone collects the information you provide: your name, work email, company, service interest, and message. Security and delivery providers may also process limited technical information needed to prevent abuse and deliver your inquiry.
How it is used
The information is used only to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain the security and reliability of the form, and keep an appropriate business record of the conversation. It is not used for unrelated marketing without your permission and is not sold.
Service providers
Buckstone uses hosting, bot-protection, and transactional-email providers to operate the form. Those providers process information on Buckstone’s behalf under their applicable privacy and security terms.
Retention and choices
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by submitting a new inquiry with “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message.
Keep sensitive information out
Please do not submit confidential credentials, regulated personal information, or other sensitive business data through the form. Using the form is optional.
