What Buckstone collects
When you use the inquiry form, request a report, schedule a conversation, or purchase a service, Buckstone may collect information you provide such as your name, email, company, service interest, message, billing details, and transaction information. Security, hosting, scheduling, email, and payment providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate their services, prevent abuse, and complete your request.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver and support services, schedule work, process payments, provide receipts, maintain security and reliability, and keep appropriate business and tax records. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Decision Bottleneck Report
The report is self-scored in your browser. On the second step, Buckstone asks for your email. A score under 36 stays on the page. A score of 36 or higher is emailed to Jason, with your consent, so he can write a personal note. That note is only for scores of 36 or higher.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Buckstone does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms. Buckstone receives transaction details needed to confirm payment, provide support, and maintain business records.
Service providers
Buckstone uses providers for hosting, bot protection, transactional email, scheduling, and payment processing. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services, subject to their applicable privacy and security terms.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, respond to requests, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing jason@buckstone.io with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Keep sensitive information out
Please do not submit confidential credentials, regulated personal information, or other sensitive business data through the form. Using the form is optional.
