Condition
One 0–100 read of technical condition, in plain language — Weak, Mixed, Constructive, Strong. Never ‘buy’ or ‘sell.’ A description of the chart, not a forecast.

A technical-condition tool for self-directed crypto traders.
A calmer read of crypto conditions — what the chart is actually doing, in plain language. Not a prediction. Not a signal to buy or sell. An honest read you can think with.
The problem
Market Read does the opposite. It describes the current technical condition of an asset in words you can trust, shows the numbers behind every claim, and then gets out of your way. The judgment stays yours.
How it reads
One 0–100 read of technical condition, in plain language — Weak, Mixed, Constructive, Strong. Never ‘buy’ or ‘sell.’ A description of the chart, not a forecast.
Trend, momentum, volatility, location, and participation — each shown and scored. Every claim maps back to a number you can check.
A confidence rating, an ‘as of’ timestamp, and a plain caution: this is not advice. A clearer starting point for a decision you own.

Questions before action
The chart cannot make the decision for you. It can help you slow down, check the conditions, and write a rule before risking capital.
Start with trend, momentum, volatility, and participation. One indicator is context, not a signal. Look for agreement—or recognize when the evidence is mixed.
Treat a momentum screen as radar, not an entry. Define the confirmation, invalidation, and risk before acting.
Your entry price does not determine what happens next. Compare the move required to break even with current market structure and the strength of the original thesis.
Calculate the new breakeven first. Define what must be true and what would prove the thesis wrong. Paper-test the idea before adding live capital.
Decide the exit or trailing-stop rule while the trade is working. A stop that is missing, suspended, or too loose is not protection.
Review the same inputs each week. Record what changed, what remains uncertain, and what needs more research before action.
